On Thursday, March 17th, 2022, Lt. Kidd completed the assigned coursework and physical tests, in order to successfully graduate from the 281st Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

The selection to the National Academy is a highly competitive process in which less than 1% of law enforcement are able to attend this elite training. The training received at this academy enriches the knowledge of the participants, who then bring that knowledge back to their respective agencies. The 281st Session of the FBI National Academy consisted of 257 men and women from all over the world. The National Academy Program, held on the marine corps base, is internationally known for its academic excellence. It offers ten weeks of advanced courses in communication, leadership, and fitness training for selected professional officers within their agencies.

Training for the program is provided by the FBI Academy instructional staff, Special Agents, and other staff members holding advanced degrees, many of whom are recognized internationally in their fields of expertise.

More specifically Lt. Kidd completed courses in the following:

Leading At-Risk Employees

Psychology of Leadership
