Testing
The Brownwood/Brown County Health Department Tuberculosis (TB) program provides Tuberculosis Skin Testing (TST) for school or employment requirements, or due to possible exposure.
Scheduling
TST can be done on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday and MUST be checked at the Health Department 48-72 hours later.
Fees
TST testing is $20.00
When TST is required following contact or exposure to a known or suspected TB disease, there is no charge.
